- Q: UV light does not work.
- A: The small wheels on the bottom have to both be pressed down on the bed to work, so when you lift the vacuum the lights go out. ( You can test whether the light is on by pressing the roller with both hands.）
- Q : How do i clean the filter in the vacuum ?
- A : Clean the filter by cleaning the dust off that is stuck to the filter. Then rinse the filter under water.Need Fully dry and reassemble.
- Q : If the suction power decreases after a periodof use.
- A : Remove dust accumulated on the filter.
- Q : Automatically shut down during use?
- A : Because the vacuum cleaner will emit heat and dehumidify,it will activate the overheating protection device of the machine after using it for a period of time. After waiting for half an hour, it can be restarted to prolong the service life of the machine.
