Standard Warranty Information
With a One Year Warranty service, Boreas has been consistently providing high quality service to our hundreds of thousands of customers.
The terms and coverage details of your warranty are specific to the Boreas product models you own.
- The warranty is confined only to the first purchase of the product and is non-transferable.
- The warranty period starts from the date of purchase of the product.
- The warranty covers only manufacturing defect in material and workmanship that may arise despite normal operation and usage of the product, as prescribed in the operating manual.
- Repairs, installations & removal of the product shall be carried out only by an Authorized Service Personnel, failing which this warranty will be void.
- The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Defects resulting from damage caused by repairs, service, or alterations to the product performed by a service facility not authorized by Boreas.
- Defects resulting from negligence, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage or maintenance of the product its parts or accessories.
- Ordinary wear or cosmetic damage (scuffs, scratches, gouges, dents, etc.) shall not be considered a defect in materials or workmanship.
